You can now view interactive AI or Copilot summarization for work orders.
These summarizations cannot use out of the box copilot or AI because Microsoft restricts it. We have to have our own azure open AI endpoint subscribed and configured to use in this scenario. Copy the endpoints, do a deployment of models you want to use and copy its API key.
It's now provided as feature which can be turned on in feature management. Once this is turned all necessary required setup page and buttons will show up in F&O.

Under Asset management > Setup > Asset management parameters > Open AI integration,
Fill the necessary setup information for open AI integration.

On the click of generate copilot summary button, the AI summarization request would get triggered, this is also an async process. Work orders for now considers the jobs associated with it, assets, date time, description, criticality of the assets, scheduled jobs.
